Reflective Essay

Reflective Essay: Cessa

I reads alls of dat Parkers Palmer books, and then I looks at my reflection for my reflections on da pages. Da pages did no makes a reflections on me, but they sure smelled goods, and I founds page 89 tasting good. I nibbleds the top page, and I nibbled the bottom of da page, and dey was both tastes good. I thinks the bestest page for shedding on, though, had to be page 72. Dat page felt the nicestest.
I finished readings all the chapters, and then I goes to looks in the mirror for reflections like the assignment says. I finded in my reflection that I iz beautiful!!! I iz even more beautiful than last time I checked, which was just this morning becauses us girl kitties has gots to keep up kitty appearances. So I checks my reflections, and I looks at myself from the left sides, and then the right sides. I founds a spot dat hads to be washed, so I stopped and washed it. Iz very importants to keep spots clean, you know. Iz also importants to keep your face washed too.
In da reflections, I practiced my crossy-eyes, to make sure I can stills crosses them for when Laura’s dad comes to town, and especially when Hensley makes stinkys. Gotta has a good crossy eyes for dat!
In futures, I plans to use my refection to looks at my tail too. Is very importants for kitties to keeps theys tails straight and clean, except for the little kink at the end dat only Siameses has. Some other rough-n-tumble kitties has kinks in theys tail, but is no from geneticks, like mine.
I iz supposed to has another quote to support my reflection, and so I quotes Ceiling Cat, “Cessa is beautifuls.” Ceiling Cat knows everything. I prays to Ceiling Cat. Laura calls Ceiling Cat God, but that’s only causes she doesn’t speaks Cat. Ceiling Cat is God in Cat. And Ceiling Cat is final words on everything. I knows I iz beautiful, and now you do too, cause I quoted Ceiling Cats.

I Believes in GOD, who mades me. He created me to be like no other Cat in the world. He chosed all my furs on my body, and special picked out my eyes colors to be the mostest beautifulest color for His Glory. He special picked out my fluffy tail too.
I Believes GOD loves me cause He brought me to Laura. I Believes she was created to admire me, as is all other humans.
I Believes GOD is awesome, and I am proof of His power and magesty. Anyone who sees me knows GOD is alive and loves them because He created me and I makes happys in everyones lives. Looking upon me brings everyone delight because I iz so beautifuls.

I felt the need to give my artistic side some freedom this past week. I made Laura get out the painty brush and let me expresses myself. Hensley decided to helps some too. Course, he doesn't do it right. Instead of putting the brush to the wall, he put his head to the wall.
He was trying to tell me he loved the work I had done by rubbing the wall and purring, but he didn't wait till the paint was dry.
I painted the whole wall! Laura used to have that whole wall a big ugly mirror. Her daddy used to say he didn't like to look into the mirror and watch himself pee. Says boys don't like that. I'm not sure why. I always likes to looks at how pretty I iz.

Then she put up a new mirror that looks very pretty.

But see all that pretty paint on the wall? Yup, that was all me! I has gots painting skills.

I was playing with my little green mousie today when I realized something. I iz princessa. Princessas do not lay on the floor like a rug. They look down on peoples. So I moved. Don't you thinks this is a much better position of power for a Princessa?

Grandmama S. gaves us sweat peas flowers from her garden. We does no has a garden. So we likes when peoples share. Hensley immediately started posing with his flowers. But then he notices how noms they smelled!

MMMMMMM!!!! They smells gooood!!! Makes me looks good too!

And now I looks deep in thought with flowers.

Hensley was nice enough to share after a while. I tolds him flowers is for girls.

So I sniffs this one, and I sniffs this other one, and I sniffs this one...

Shower Game

Morning routine

Every morning, we helps Laura gets ready for work. We helps her showers, and makes sure she brushes her teeth and looks all beautiful. Hensley takes a bath when Laura showers.

And I hold down the sink. Is very important to brushes your teeth. Iz more important to brushes your kitties.

See? The water comes out there, but you can no turn it on until you pet me to my contentment.

That's cusz I iz the princessa.

From Buggs to Baggs.

I love plastic! I love plastic baggs!!! Laura brought me a plastic bagg!!! I had so much fun in it! I chewed on the bag, and caught ghosties in the bag!

Then she let me do the "Bagg Ride"! It's soooooo fun!

She swings me back and forth, and sometimes even all the way around in a big circle, until finally, AND I NEVER KNOW WHEN IT"S GONNA HAPPEN, the bag bottom OPENS UP and I FLY THROUGH THE AIR!!!!

Laura was redoing her patio, and she brought us in some pots with good stuff. Dirt!!! When we waz digging through the dirt, we found something better: BUGGS!!!!!

We LOVES BUGGS!!!! We wanted to see all the buggs, so we spread out the dirt to see them and play with them.

They sure is fun to play with. Look how great they are! The more we digged, the more buggs there were, and we sure had a good time with them.

Laura did no likes us to play with the buggs. Don't know why. We sure likes them. Don't you?

I is spoiled. I got tired of sleeping on the same comforter, so now I make Laura put down a piece of fresh linen every day for me. Hensley is rude and keeps trying to lay on MY pillowcase. He is no angel, and so I don't know why he thinks he can sleeps on clouds like me. Silly boy. It doesn't even match him!

Sister let us come outsides for an evening sunset. Said we would have to be good. So we sats up nice and straight so she would see we was being good.

I just loves watching those sunsets! They smells so good!

She reminded me to stay on the insides of the bars. I mostly did. My feet were in! And I did no try to jump down.

This is the garden Hensley made. Turned out pretty good, no? I sure hope Laura will let me out again, cause that was grand!

Bed

When its bedtime, we put ourselves away. Laura has this bed with drawers underneith. When we was little, we used to share a drawer. But now we is bigger, so we has to has our own drawer.

When we was little, we did no tell Laura where we were taking our naps. She was cleaning up one day, and we wasn't bothering NOBODY. Then she opened our drawer and almost threw her scarf on us.

Of course, we did not mind. Its soft. So if you are ever over, and you can't find us, try looking in our drawers. Actually, don't. Cause we will be sleeping. Very soft, quiet and dark in here.

Laura came home last Wednesday and saw my poor little leg. I hurted it. But I does no tell how! Not gonna get myself in troubles! No way. When I layed down, I had to hold it up so it doesn't hurts as bad. See how I holds it up?

Laura mades me go sees the Vet. She was mean!!! She mashed on me, and pushed on my poor let until I let her know, loudly, that I needed sedatives! I gots them! Then I got my picture taken. It's a black and white. Laura says it's an EXRAY. It's pretty. But it says I no has broken bones. Just a bad sprain. Vet says its cause Hensly and I plays too hard. Ha! What does Vet know?

Laura's mommy came to visit. She must have heard that I likes boxes. She wanted me to sit on her lap. But I don't "DO" laps. I "DOs" boxes.

It took me a while to figure out that even though I waz in a box, I waz on a lap!!!

Boy did that get my tail in a bunch! Hensley wasn't so impressed. He sits on laps all the time, but that's cause he's just a 10 moneys boy and doesn't knows any better. Humph!
